Yoga Classes

Beginners Yoga

Suitable for everyone. Classes are fun and focus on the core yoga postures, creating stable foundations and giving you the confidence to try other yoga practices. You will  improve your flexibility and strength,  lower stress and generally enhance  sense of well-being.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues, rather than our muscles.  Postures are generally seated or reclined and are held for 3-5 mins allowing the tissues to stretch and lengthen.  

Please bring a mat and blanket if possible.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa yoga is a fluid sequence of poses linking breath to movement.  It is rhythmic and repetitive and designed to bring your awareness out of your mind and into your body.

Please bring a mat if possible.

Fusion Meditation

The first half of this class will stretch out your hips and shoulders preparing you to sit comfortably for the second half meditation.  We will explore different types of guided meditation to help settle the mind.

Please bring a mat and blanket if possible.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a fun way to exercise and is suitable for all levels and all ages.  If you are looking for some healthy movement, want to increase your flexibility and joint mobility slowly and gently with stability this is the class for you.  You can stay seated for all poses or use the chair for support.

Active Breathing

A guided breathwork meditation to enhance mental clarity and relaxation.  This class will leave you feeling peaceful and present in your body.

Please bring a mat and blanket if possible.
